Shipping policy

Order Timescales & Availability

All items are subject to availability. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, we send our products mainly via (DPD) 24 hour courier service this includes including small-medium mirrors and some small furniture (goods dispatched by this service will be received next working day once dispatched from our warehouse). All small accessories are sent via recorded parcel (Royal Mail). All our items are fully insured for any damages in delivery subject to Terms & Conditions.

We will always send an email on dispatch of your order advising delivery method and confirmation of your delivery method and transit time.

Out of stock items will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on supplier’s information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endeavour to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Charges

UK* – All items delivered to UK mainland delivery is free of charge. On certain circumstances where there is a non-UK mainland delivery there may be additional delivery surcharges. Please contact our customer service sales@esmaeandrose.com to check.

Southern Ireland – If a delivery price is not offered on checkout please contact us for a delivery quote.

Other Countries - If a delivery price is not offered on checkout please contact us for a delivery quote.

Important

Courier companies can only hold your parcel for 7 days, so if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery. If goods are returned to sender re-delivery & return charges will apply.

Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail should take no longer than 5 working days to reach you, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us to report your parcel as missing.

Possible Delays – We aim to fulfil all orders within the delivery period set out in the product description unless there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from doing so. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by weather conditions, technology issues, spikes in shipment delivery volumes etc. International deliveries can also be affected by customs clearance delays.

Damage to Goods in Transit

Goods received damaged MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your insurance cover will be INVALID after the 24 hour period from time of receipt of delivery. You can contact us via email sales@esmaeandrose.com or call us on 0800 4947144 to report damage. Photos will be required as evidence for insurance claim purposes.

All goods delivered MUST be signed for as unchecked or your transit insurance cover might be invalidated. If goods are received damaged and there is no evidence to prove that goods were damaged whilst in transit your insurance cover on your goods might become invalidated by our insurers. All goods are fully checked prior to dispatch. On Purchase of Goods you are agreeing to our Terms & conditions of our transit insurance policies.
