We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, please notify us via email or telephone within 14 days of receipt to initiate a Return Request.

 

Return Shipping

Free Returns: Available for all UK mainland orders (excluding the Scottish Highlands).

Other Regions: For international orders, the Scottish Highlands, or locations outside the UK mainland, a small return fee will apply

 

Condition

To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

 

How to Start Your Return

Contact our team at sales@esmaeandrose.com or call 0800 494 7144. We will provide a prepaid label for a local drop-off point or coordinate a collection from your address. Once you receive your label, please ensure the item is returned to us within 5 working days.
